We are a small, nine-man-and-a-dog, web development team and we have a plant in our office.

Charles Huthwaite, Managing Director
In IT almost from the very start, Charles remembers his Fortan programs on cards. Growing up, he specialised in geriatric mortality analysis, and then pursued the money in the city in the early 80's running software research development teams. In the early nineties he moved into actuarial software development, eventually providing innovate web solutions for clients in finance and pension related areas.
He is Chairman of the IT association, UKITA.
Charles consumes books veraciously (not literally), with a particular bent into sci-fi and fantasy. Films and DVDs sneak under the household radar and are a great joy, and he can usually be found hiking through the North Worcestershire countryside of a lunchtime.
He will be your first point of contact at Innoware, and you can contact him on 0777 970 2277. If you have a barcode reader, you can scan the QR Code on the left to automatically grab his details.
You can find a video of Charles talking about Innoware on YouTube.
Steve Fitzpatrick, Director
Steve cut his IT teeth while working on Excel spreadsheets at a large Life Assurance company. A lucrative move to the Midlands followed in the late 90s, as did a jump into Web Development.
He specialises in front-end development (XHTML/CSS), user cases, user experience, architecture, usability and scenario management, and will normally be your contact in the conceptualisation stages of your project.
Darren Perry, Developer
Never happier than when presented with a cup of coffee and a freshly blinking command line prompt; Darren is Steam Software's technical guru and has earned the nickname 'Bruiser' for his wreckless FIFA tactics.
John Clee, Developer
With exemplary database and logic skills, he spends most of his time on back-end work, with an occasional dabble with the front. The force is strong with this one.
Tom Coote, Developer
Tom specialises in mid-to-front-end development and is a spectacularly good Javascript and C# developer. He can often be found arguing why three equals signs in a logic argument are better than two.
Tom has a website, it lives at tomcoote.co.uk.
Toby Harison-Denby, Developer
Developer / designer / tester / enjoys breaking people's code / owns a mac but is slowly migrating back to the light-side / loves bolognese / has thumbs.
Sean Cronin, Trainee Developer
The newest recruit to our development team, Sean is Tom Coote's apprentice and plans to overthrow him one day in a deadly javascript showdown.
